Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal cheeses and gourmet products, we are unable to accept physical returns once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, immediately open your package and inspect all perishable items for temperature and quality to ensure they meet our Beverly Hills standards.
- 2.Document Issues
In the rare event of damage or an incorrect item, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping label as documentation for our quality control team.
- 3.Contact Our Cheesemongers
Send an email to our support team within 24 hours of receipt, including your order number and the photos of the items in question.
- 4.Resolution Approval
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, will issue a refund to your original payment method or expedite a fresh replacement shipment.
